While actively involving the patient, I evaluate, diagnose and treat all injuries, movement dysfunctions and pains, chronic as well as acute, and adhere to the highest level of professional standards and service. I am a qualified Physiotherapist registered with the HCPC. I have 17 years of experience where 10 years was working in the private physiotherapy sector in Denmark treating work related injuries/strains, to athletes competing at the highest level, before relocating to the UK. Our services include:
• Physiotherapy
• Low Level Laser Therapy
• Sports massage
• Tension relief massage
• Myofascial release massage
• Stretching and joint mobilization techniques
• Post operation rehabilitation
• Strength and stability exercises
• Kinesio taping
• Sports taping

What an awesome effort and achievement 👍🏻
I first saw Beca in clinic in July. She had suffered a herniated disc (Jan’21) and was struggling to return to her netball fitness, unsure to what she could do to improve.
After a good and honest talk as well as assessing her current form we set out a rehab plan for her to follow.
After the Initial assessment and 2 follow up she felt confident to take on her netball again.
The other day she got in to touch to let me know that she had been picked to represent Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 in the Netball Europe competition. Well done Beca! I hope you have a great tournament and make sure to Enjoy it!
