Our engineers, Mike and Ryan, recently installed a ROPOX Toilet Lifter for a client living with muscular dystrophy.

Due to reduced muscle strength, using a standard toilet had become impossible. With the installation of this specialist equipment, the client can now safely and independently complete a fundamental daily task.

The ROPOX Toilet Lifter supports a smooth, controlled sit-to-stand movement, reducing strain and promoting dignity, safety, and independence.

This project is a great example of how the right solution, installed by the right team, can have a meaningful impact on someone’s quality of life.

Last week, we had the chance to come together at our new site and see the incredible progress that’s been made.

Walking through the space, it really hit us how close we are to moving in. It’s been amazing to watch this vision come to life, step by step.

And to top it all off, the sun was shining! A perfect reminder of the bright future ahead in our new home.

We can’t wait to get there.

Great work from Steve yesterday on a stairlift installation! 👏

A few weeks ago, the previous stairlift system at this property had been condemned and was no longer safe to use. After completing his stairlift assessment training with Cael, Steve carried out his first independent stairlift assessment, which was approved last week.

Yesterday, he returned to complete the job, removing the old system and installing a new Bruno heavy-duty stairlift, giving the customer a safe and reliable solution once again.

It’s great to see Steve continuing to develop his skills and grow in his role as a stairlift engineer. Well done! 🔧

For months, the stairs had become more than just steps.

For our lovely client, who is on constant oxygen, they had become a daily barrier. Breathlessness made climbing upstairs exhausting and overwhelming. Eventually, it meant giving up her bedroom and sleeping downstairs.

Something as simple as going to bed in your own room had become out of reach.

✨This week, that changed.✨

Steve and Conor installed a Bespoke Synergy Straight stairlift with powered swivel, carefully fitted to suit her home and her needs. With the press of a button, she can now safely access her upstairs again.

No more struggling for breath.
No more avoiding the stairs.
No more feeling limited in her own home.

Just comfort. Dignity. Independence regained.
