We also have a team of engineers providing 24-hour emergency call-out cover for a number of NHS Trusts and nursing homes. 🌟Team Spotlight: Geraint Edwards. Our Engineering & Systems Maestro🌟

Meet Geraint, our Operations Manager for Engineering & Systems, and the person everyone at Healthcare Matters turns to for anything tech- or systems-related. From IT challenges to complex operational questions, Geraint’s knowledge is second to none. With years of experience in the business, he knows the ins and outs of our systems better than anyone and somehow always manages to make the complicated look simple.

But Geraint isn’t just a wizard behind the screens. He’s been a key part of our team for many years, and his calm, practical approach makes him the go-to person for colleagues across the business. Need advice? Geraint’s your man. Looking for a solution to a tricky problem? Geraint’s already thought of it.

Outside the office, Geraint has some equally impressive skills and interests. He can drive a coach, yes, a full-size coach! And he has a very special companion, a bird of prey called Wren. And when it’s time to relax, he loves nothing more than enjoying a pint at The Kings, catching up with friends and colleagues alike.

We’re incredibly lucky to have Geraint’s expertise, dedication, and good humour keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. If you see him around, make sure to say hi. You might just learn something new!

Another ceiling track installation completed by our team 🤍

Ceiling track systems play an important role in supporting dignity, comfort and safety in everyday care. By reducing physical strain and enabling smoother transfers, they help create a more positive experience for both the person being supported and those caring for them.

This installation was carried out with care and attention by our engineers, ensuring everything was fitted correctly and ready for use.
