And it's a πŸ΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ ΏπŸ’›πŸŒΌ Happy St David's day here in Wales, which is often symbolised with daffodils and leeks...but I didn't know what St David was known for in his life. I love this... "Born in the 6th century, he was a teacher and monk known for "doing the little things" (gwnewch y pethau bychain)

I've seen a lot of people in the last few weeks and particularly this week saying that they are unmotivated, can't be bothered, don't care, very tired ...but not depressed ...they just want to sit (and perhaps just be).

So many saying the same ...one after the other at times...so, I thought I'd pop up a post to say, you aren't alone if you're feeling this too! Take πŸ’š

I'm wondering if this is an unmotivated epidemic πŸ˜…

Possible influences may be the greyness of the weather, the time of year, let's also 'blame the planets', the moon, solar flares...whatever else...and maybe it's a call to just be.

We don't always get to the traffic lights when they're on green πŸ’š

Rest, recharge and restore may be necessary for busier, more motivated times ahead.

Energy comes in waves, just like the seasons and the tides, we're so linked and connected to nature, even if we don't acknowledge it. 🌊

Perhaps it's ok, to just be πŸ₯° taking some time to be still and reflect on where you're at, how far you've come, where you want to go... contemplate the seeds of your intention.

The collective is so 'grubby' right now! If you're trying to do and getting no where or meeting obstacles, it might be that life is telling you to quieten for now...stay out of it...tend to your own self...if you are up and running in the flow of life, go for it and enjoy πŸ₯°πŸ™Œβœ¨πŸ™

There is a time for everything ...trust the journey, it'll happen as and when it's meant to πŸ™Œβœ¨πŸ™πŸ’š
