🌟If you want to staying young as long as possible, wear SPF. 🌟

I can not emphasise enough how important wearing sunscreen is. No matter if it is summer, fautumn, spring, or winter, our skin is always exposed to the sun. This makes our skin age quicker; we tend to get hyperpigmentation and sun freckles, but worst of all, constant unprotected sun exposure increases the risks of skin cancer.
