If you're eligible for a COVID Spring Booster, you will receive an invite from your GP Practice. The invite will include a self-book link to make an appointment. If you are unable to use the self-book link, please contact your GP practice for support.

Patients in care homes and those who are housebound will be contacted directly by their practice.
