An online form – on their website or in the NHS App - is a quick and easy way for you to send your non-urgent symptoms and requests to your GP practice.

Have you had a recent medication review? If you take regular medication it is important that you have a review as advised by your GP Practice or hospital specialist. This might include blood tests, height, weight and BP readings.

Having a regular review means that the clinician can check your medication is effective and that you're not experiencing any side effects.
