If it is, then one way to prepare your muscles or help them to recover is with a sports massage.
Sports Massage is used to help keep muscles toned and supple and can help with mobility of joints. After a workout, a massage can be used to help reduce muscles soreness, enhance blood flow to the muscle to assist in recovery and help maintain range of movement in joints.
If we want to work the body hard or expose it to new activity, then we need to look after it. A sports massage can help you do just that.
Appointments are available in 30 minute, 60 minute or 90 minute sessions and would include a full consultation with all new clients.
