Festive Fun at the Range Shop!

This morning, our residents enjoyed a delightful visit to the Range shop. Everyone had a wonderful time browsing through the beautiful Christmas lights and decorations — it’s never too early to get into the festive spirit!

There was plenty of excitement as residents gathered ideas for Christmas presents and shared stories about their favourite holiday traditions. The trip truly brought some sparkle to the start of the season!

A Joyful Start to the Week with Our Little Visitors

This morning, our residents from Windmill House - Runwood Homes Senior Living were delighted to welcome Friend in Deed -little visitors for a special edition of Musical Key, led by the wonderful Ray. 🎶

The room was filled with the sound of instruments, singing, and gentle movements — a heartwarming connection between generations. Smiles, laughter, and rhythm created the perfect atmosphere to begin the week on a joyful note.

What a beautiful reminder of how music brings people together! 💛

This morning, residents from Windmill House - Runwood Homes Senior Living enjoyed a delightful Scarecrow Trail around the town. We all had fun spotting the creative scarecrows displayed in shop windows and along the streets. The event brought a wonderful community spirit and plenty of smiles — a perfect way to celebrate the season!🎃

We've been getting into the spooky spirit, this morning our residents had a great time making Halloween masks ready for our Halloween party on Friday - lots of laughter and creativity , we look forward to more Halloween fun later this week .👻

🎃🧁 Today’s Life Skills Fun! 🧁🎃

We rolled up our sleeves and got stuck into making cupcakes and biscuits! Everyone had a turn scooping the cake mix into cases, rolling out dough, and picking their favourite Halloween cutters.

Then came the best bit — decorating (and of course, tasting!) our spooky treats. 😋

A fun, hands-on activity full of creativity, laughter, and a few crumbs along the way! 🍪✨
