I have spent the past three months settling into a new job which I love BUT I still want to offer some support on here until I have the capacity to run classes again.

So with January looming here is a way to access some ideas for movement if and when you might need it.

We have built a community that has realistic expectations that if you get ONE piece of self care in per week you are doing a damn good job 👏🏻
