Welcome to Natural Soul Therapies, my name is Zoe and I am a fully qualified reflexologist located in Norwich, Norfolk. My connection with alternative therapies began at an early age as I grew up having various treatments for a kidney problem and found that complimentary therapies such as reflexology really helped me relax and manage my symptoms. After working in the Emergency Services for a number of years and seeing how people can be affected by stress, I felt I needed to do something that could help people. I enrolled on a Reflexology Diploma in 2020 so I could share the benefits of this treatment with other people and have not looked back since. I went on to study the healing effects of crystals and after practicing crystal techniques such as chakra balancing, I started seeing amazing results on both myself and my clients. I have since completed my Reiki 1 and 2 training and am pleased to now also offer this treatment. My treatments benefit the mind, body and spirit to restore balance and encourage the body to heal itself.
