In 1998 I formed Complete Caring Ltd to help the Elderly stay independent in their homes. The Company has expanded to employ 31 staff who with the training they receive from us and their dedication to our clients make us a strong team, we offer services starting with domestic help through the Live-in care. Our clients can not live on their own without some kind of help, and the reviews we get back from them and their family's make me proud of not only my hard working staff but proud that we as a Company can give our clients a sense of security, independence , dignity and freedom to choose to live alone knowing we are just a phone call away if they need us. We also run a management side for family's who are too far away to care for other aspects of the clients life such as appointments, maintenance on the home etc, we also enable our clients to enjoy a holiday a carer can accompany them to and from family living away or go on holiday with them to care for them as they would in their own home, we have sourced property's to cater for disabled clients so all the equipment is in place, our trips include local resorts to the Caymen Islands. All our staff are strictly vetted and checked by the Disclosure Barring Service formally the Criminal Record bureau, professional referenced and trained by our in house training officer to the standard we require to comply with our standards and that of CCQ who regulate us, we , by law have to be registered with them and receive regulate inspections, our report can be seen on their website.
