Starting this week we are launching…Yoga and Pilates for Over 50s ✨

As we enter 2026 we really want to deepen our commitment to our mission of making movement accessible, inclusive and supportive to everyone 🫶🏼

Because moving your body looks different for everyone and equally as important at every stage of life 🧡

This class is open to both women and men and all abilities are welcome so don’t worry if you’ve never stepped on a mat before or you’ve had a break we’ll meet you where you are 🤝
