I've been asked this by clients so many times, and now I'm very pleased to be able to say that, as well as a new website, I now have a virtual shop where you can download Hypnotherapy and Meditation recordings.

You can download free and paid for MP3s, and I'll be adding more in the coming months.

Spent a wonderful few hours this afternoon attempting to make a masterpiece out of clay. I can't quite decide what it is, and indeed what it's going to be used for but then sometimes it's the journey rather than the destination that's important.
A big thank you to Emma at Brick Kiln Pottery for her patience and wisdom.
I'd highly recommend it to anyone.
