Feedback from one of my clients today; 🥳

Hi April – I went to the track today and experienced the following:
Massive increase in overhead range of motion through lats and shoulders
Training seasons best over 60m
Massive increase in range of motion through hips with hips coming up much higher
First pain free track session for several weeks
