As an addition to our usual Osteo and Physio MSK service we are now offering Physio Led Pilates sessions.
These are fantastic small group pilates sessions that work with those with pain conditions wanting to improve their mobility and get back to normal life, through to those who are very fit and wanting to build strength and flexibility for more intense training. Because the groups are so small, and they are led by a MSK physio expert they offer the best possible help to all levels. We are thrilled to welcome Hannah Holloran to Affinity. Hannah is a very experienced Physiotherapist with over 6 years experience in private practice. She has a highly skilled hands on approach using manual techniques and tailored rehab programs to treat a wide range of joint, muscle, and ligament problems. To add to her skill set she has additional qualifications in Pelvic Health and can offer fantastic support for a wide range of women's health issues. Hannah is with us all day Monday and Friday. For those of you that don't already know we have MOVED!!
Sorrel O'Malley Osteopaths outgrew our room on Yarm High Street so we have jumped across the road to a beautiful bigger space. Find us on the first floor at 44 High Street, Yarm, just above Strickland and Holt.
