Tonight’s 5th sound bath of March filled the air with a beautiful energy. Feeling thankful and connected, knowing each gathering brings us closer to true enlightenment and leaves everyone feeling lighter. Fulfilled and at peace, knowing I gave it my all. Tomorrow brings new opportunities surrounded by wonderful people.

Huge respect for Gemma tonight, stepping up to lead Vincent after years of observation and trust. She flowed with absolute natural ease, blending Chi Gong, sound bowls, and hand pan in perfect harmony. Everyone walked away feeling grounded and free, and I'm honored to have witnessed this beautiful moment.
