Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or Yoga - or haven’t exercised in a while - a 1:1 session is the perfect place to start. You can move at your own pace, build confidence, and really understand the exercises and technique without the pressure of a class environment.

Working 1:1 with Vicky means tailored guidance, hands-on correction, and seeing - and feeling - the benefits much more quickly.
