This patient came to me with overfilled lips, poor placement, and filler migration that caused the lips to droop and hang low. The solution wasn’t “adding more” — it was knowing when to dissolve, reset, and rebuild correctly.
We dissolved the migrated filler and then carefully refilled using proper anatomy, balance, and restraint. The result? Natural, balanced lips that actually suit her face 🤍
