I took a break from cacao over the weekend and the difference was clear,.my heart space missed that nourishment! After a fresh delivery from Elements for Life yesterday and a sacred afternoon cup, I’ve woken up today feeling creative, blissful and vibrant.
​I’ve had few requests lately about how to "initiate" into cacao, so I’ve put together a small project to help you start your own ritual.

Kashakas self taught and eyes bruise free! 🥁 🎉🎉
I’ve been learning on my own terms, and I’ve finally learnt to catch the bottom without hitting my face 😅 It’s been a fun, chaotic ride, but I’m excited to officially start online classes soon and get some rhythm with this.

I was really hoping to take my practice outdoors today, but the mist day had other plans. Though I stayed inside, I couldn't help but think about how beautiful the Jurema (the flute) sounds when it blends with Nature.
​I’m still navigating the challenge of having shorter fingers, speed and synchronicity are a work in progress. More than anything, I’m just happy with the connection I’m building with this instrument. Progress takes time, and I’m enjoying the journey. ✨🎶 thank you for the beautiful feedback I had from some of you here 🙏💖🥰😘

Jurema, my Native American style flute and I are beginning our journey together. There is a beautiful bond forming between. We are learning each other’s secrets, and her enchanting voice has become the daily song of my heart. Again, gratitude to Bruna and Pascoal for making my Jurema so special.🙏✨️✨️✨️🦅
