At Healing Nature Ltd we feel it is not appropriate to continue to support the social media platform X. As such the accounts there have been deactivated. There are some good memories there though that we wanted to continue to share with our followers from over they years in working for and in partnership with a number of organisations. They were some good memories!

A very sad day today. Greenbelt festival and youth work legend Pip Wilson has passed away. Tthis is my blob for today.

It’s not rocket science but 84% of us work over our weekly hours in an attempt to be “hybrid”.*

Micro-breaks, lunchtime breaks and longer breaks, have all been shown to have a positive relationship with wellbeing and productivity.

When exploring our work / life balance ultimately we need to stop one infringing on the other. Take time to analyse your time. Speak with family and friends, they may be more aware of it then you are. And don’t be afraid to say enough is enough. We all deserve the best. It’s out there!

It’s been a busy couple week for us at Healing Nature Ltd so a big move from Essex to Yaxley in Peterborough.
We look forward to seeing our customers again soon and helping new people but in the meantime I encourage you to take some time and praise yourself for your accomplishments this last week. We would love to hear some of them.

Another organic bathroom product for those who suffer with sensitive skin and irritation due to chemicals in almost all high street products. Oatmeal bath soak is simple. One ingredient - fine oatmeal. Here it is in one of our custom reusable “bath bomb” pouches. Bath like cleopatra (without the lactos!)

In Southend today meeting with a new client. It would of been a shame not to visit the pier whilst here, especially on such a lovely day.
It’s made me think of those suffering with SAD (seasonal affective disorder). For some today would be a great welcome after yesterdays cold and overcast weather but we must remember that for some it can be quite the opposite.
We have some really useful resources available for those who find going out difficult no matter the weather.
