SilverCloud is a free digital platform offering confidential, self-managed programmes to support emotional wellbeing. It's available to anyone living in Devon, including carers, families and supporters of people accessing mental health services. It is approved by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE)

There are several free programmes you can access, including:

· Stress
· Resilience
· Sleep
· Alcohol
· Money
· Challenging times
· Positive body image

And many more.

The programmes are fully confidential and self-managed. Our staff are unable to see who has signed up or what has been recorded in the system.

You can access the programmes at times that suit you and progress at your own pace. The SilverCloud App is also available for mobile access.

· Your access will last for 12 months.

· You can download your recorded content at the end.

Please be reminded that we are closed from mid-day today for essential staff training. The Dispensary will also be closed during this time so you will be unable to collect any medication after 12pm.

From today, Monday 6 October, all routine blood tests at Windsor House are moving to an appointment-only system using the SwiftQueue booking portal. This change has been introduced to reduce queues, improve patient comfort and experience, and provide more choice with early morning and late-afternoon slots.

Patients can now book, change or cancel their blood test appointments online using their NHS login. For those without internet access, a dedicated booking phone line is available on 01752 433040.

Some walk-ins will still be accepted during a short transition period, but Windsor House will become fully appointment-only in the coming weeks. Urgent or specialist blood tests will continue to take place at the Derriford Outpatients Department.

Big changes are coming to phlebotomy services at Windsor House.

From 6 October 2025, blood tests will move to an appointment-only system.
