When was the last time you were frustrated or angry? 🌱 Sometimes they’re a blip in the day – other times it alters the outcome of the day completely. Although it’s important to recognise those feelings – it’s equally important to not let those feelings overwhelm you and take on more mental space than there needs to be.
Grab a notebook and put thoughts to paper, so they can live on the page and not in your mind. It can be as little as expressing annoyance at a wrong coffee order or something more complex like a conversation with a loved one that rubbed you the wrong way.
