Congratulations Jess & Katie our October Care Professionals of the month.

Jess and Katie have truly gone above and beyond this month. Both have shown exceptional dedication and compassion, not only towards their clients but also in supporting the wider team and office during a particularly challenging time.
They have stepped up selflessly to cover sickness and annual leave, often working outside their usual availability, taking on extra visits at short notice, and putting in long days and hours without a single complaint. Their commitment has been nothing short of inspiring.
From supporting clients with additional needs, picking up medication, and responding swiftly to changes in clients’ behaviour, to dropping off samples at surgeries and ensuring clients are prepared for appointments and even funerals, Jess and Katie have done it all with professionalism, care, and kindness.
They have also travelled long distances to support their teams, even while facing personal challenges and family illness. Their dedication, teamwork, and genuine compassion truly represent the heart of what it means to be a Care Professional.

✅Stay warm: Ensure warm clothes are layered up, and hot, comfortable drinks are on hand
