✨A message for the week ahead🃏
✨It seems to me that you are wishing or hoping for something to come true, but you might be doubting your ability to succeed. I sense that there needs to be some kind of duality in your situation that you may not be allowing yourself to recognise. You could feel like there's only one path to achieving your wishes, and if that feels out of reach, you might end up feeling disappointed in yourself - though that perception isn't accurate.
This duality might involve you and another person, your feminine and masculine energies, or a balance between different types of activities, like cardio and strength training. These examples will depend on your unique situation, and you may have your own ideas in mind.
I believe you have everything you need to fulfil your wishes, but you must learn how to utilise all of those resources effectively. Have faith in yourself! I see you transitioning from a mindset of "I can't do this" to "I'm trying."
When I look at the Wolf card, I get the sense that the wolf on the left represents the "strong one." However, I feel this wolf needs to understand that it doesn't have to be strong in every situation it encounters. This is a reminder that there are times when you can stand as an equal to those around you. Everyone faces different challenges, so rather than merely being someone who listens, supports, or offers advice, embrace both sides of the duality: the "strong one" and the one who sometimes isn't so strong.☯️

✨I feel a strong presence; you are shining brightly. Anything that disrupts your peace will prompt you to take the necessary steps to maintain it. If you don't feel a sense of peace, consider whether it's something you can create in your life.
I sense that there are times when you are focused on yourself or on a journey of self-discovery. Sometimes this journey can feel overwhelming, but it provides you with the time to determine what is right for you, free from external influences. You need time to process your emotions and to have faith in yourself; you are capable of managing them.
When I say "managing," I don't mean it's easy. There will be moments when things feel chaotic. If you need additional support, don't hesitate to ask for it. This isn't just about your ability to manage your emotions; it's about having the choice of how to respond to them.
Your emotions are like water; sometimes the seas are rough, and other times they are calm. You can experience a range of emotions, thoughts, and memories. Some may be considered "positive," while others may be labelled as "negative." Both can teach us something valuable; positive emotions show us what we want more of, while negative emotions reveal what we don't want.
Both types of emotions can drive change, and you can choose how to respond to them. However, there are times when our subconscious makes choices for us. If you are experiencing grief, trauma, or a difficult situation, it's essential to allow yourself time to heal. Everyone's healing process is different; it can take days, months, or even years.🎭

✨I believe you may be allowing your emotions to influence your actions. These feelings can impact your ability to achieve your goals. This doesn't necessarily mean you are doing it consciously; it could be a reaction to past experiences. You might feel the need to control everything, taking on more responsibilities than you can handle. Sometimes, you may say yes to things even when you don't feel up to it, or you might add more tasks to your to-do list before completing the ones you already have.
I feel that a new approach is needed in this situation - one that requires you to take a slower, more practical look at your plans. Focus on what you can realistically accomplish with the skills and knowledge you already possess. Creating a solid plan of action is essential. If you find it challenging to achieve what you want, it may be time to reassess your current strategies.
We all have limits on what we can do, but that doesn't mean those limits will last forever. You might need to learn more before you can make further progress. This learning process will look different for everyone; it could involve becoming more self-aware, attending a course, reading a book, or engaging in online learning.🧑🏼‍🏫

It's important to recognise that a change in your approach to life is needed. This change can look different for everyone. It may involve being aware of your thought patterns, understanding how past experiences affect your present, and recognising what you can control and what you cannot change.
You've faced many challenges that have impacted your happiness, but you will get through this. Focus on how you view the world, as this shift in perspective can help. Being mindful will be essential, and while it may take time and practice, seeking additional support as you learn can be beneficial.
