One of my favourite things is to ride to a kundalini class, as then I’m in my body, in my body and in my body! ⭐️ when you ride a motorbike you ride it using every muscle in your body and during a kundalini class you become highly aware of your body and hopefully come to inhabit it in a fuller way than normally 🙏🏼and this week we practiced in the apple orchard rather than the yurt 🙏🏼☀️💛

Sleeping outside on the land was something that I’d wanted to do for a while and suddenly the other night was the night. It was challenging for me, quite scary, although rationally I wasn’t sure what I was scared of, but I’m very glad I overcame my fears! 🙌🏻💚✨
