— WE CAN CHOOSE OUR THOUGHTS —
🧠 Recently, I noticed my brain works like this:� If I let my automatic thoughts roam freely, they naturally pull me into the things I worry about most. ➡️ The more I think about those worries…the deeper those neural paths become. ➡️ It’s like feeding the same loop again and again.
🧠 So this week, I tried something different: Every time I caught myself drifting into an unpleasant memory or fear. ➡️ I gently chose a new thought — something lighter, calmer, or a good experience.
At first, it felt awkward… almost confusing. Like learning a new language inside my own mind. But the more I practised, the easier it became. And after just one week, I’m honestly surprised at how FREE my mind feels, and how light my days feel.
✨Choosing your thoughts DOESN’T MEAN REJECTING your past or feelings. Even the uncomfortable feelings have the right to exist. However, you’re not their slave. Don’t let them control your whole day. You can acknowledge them … and still choose a different direction for your mind.
�✨ We can choose our thoughts.
�✨ We can reshape our inner patterns.�
✨ We just need to practise this small act of awareness and choice.
