Where has the time gone? We’ve been open for nearly 3 years!

We’ve been so lucky to have had so much fun, learning, and so many opportunities along the way that the time has truly flown by. We’re still building on our dream plan—but we’re nearly there.

We’re also proud to share that we’re nearly at full capacity, and it’s amazing to see the difference we’re making in so many people’s lives. We genuinely love supporting everyone—on the good days and the tough days too—because support doesn’t stop.

And it goes without saying: thank you to everyone who has joined us on this journey, and a huge thank you to our incredible support team who help our Managing Director deliver our dream day service in our own unique way.

At You Care & We Care Support Services, we’ve been working hard to bring fresh ideas to the board, always with the people we support at the heart of everything we do.

This year, we’re excited to introduce a new approach by allocating focus areas across our support team, including:

Autism support
Dementia support
Fundraising events and community projects
Small projects activities (we’re currently learning how to draw!)

We’re also proud to share that our ADSA/Outcome Lead is putting together engaging workshops to help the people we support build everyday life skills and strengthen independence—helping improve lifestyles in simple, practical ways that feel natural and achievable.

Keep an eye out for more photos throughout the year as the team continues to roll this out—we’re so proud of the effort and dedication going into it.
