Winter is nearly here. The nights are long, the air is crisp, and the world can feel a little overwhelming. Sometimes, the best thing we can do is step away — curl up, slow down, and give ourselves permission to just be.
For 10 weeks, you can hibernate in the best possible way: nurturing your mind, releasing tension, and gently restoring your calm. Every Monday evening, we’ll gather live on Zoom for a 40-minute guided relaxation session — your weekly pause from the noise, the to-do lists, and the winter rush.
After each session, you’ll receive a beautifully crafted MP3 recording and a cosy PDF with reflections, affirmations, and micro-practices — so you can carry that sense of warmth and peace through your week.
