AHH! Already seen some Butterflies this week!🦋 🦋 🦋

Nature truly is amazing.

One of our Thursday volunteers found a ladies handbag (no identification found) in the shrubbery next to dodham brook. But on closer inspection it has been turned into a home by two mice.

The bag has been placed back to provide a home for the pair as they seemed happy, warm and dry.

One of the rangers also did an impromptu butterfly survey on the old ski slope and spotted Red admiral, Peacock, Small Tortoiseshell, Speckled wood, Brimstone and Large White.

Spring is definitely on the way
