CONGRATULATIONS!

We welcomed November with a Jamaican lunch! It was absolutely delicious, and went down a treat with everyone! We had Ackee and Saltfish, Ackee is a tree fruit grown mostly in Jamaica, and is Jamaica's national dish. We also had fried Plantain with hard dough bread and the best coconut cake, Toto!
