👉How to respond to those BIG feelings...ACKNOWLEDGE THEM BUT DONT RESPOND.

💡 use this analogy:

You organise a party, someone turns up you didn't invite. They suck the energy out of the room completely. PARTY KILLER 😮‍💨

You have 2 options 👇

1) confront them...it goes badly. They start to get angry...you do. Everyone's stairs...THIS IS NOT FUN.
The party is ruined ‼️

2) You acknowledge they are there, it's abit annoying, but you don't let them ruin your mood and party! So you carry on and have a really great night despite the setback 💃

Which one would you choose?

Just like those BIG feelings of anxiety, stress, or anger. Acknowledge they are there, but don't let them TAKE OVER and ruin your night! 💪🏼
