January is always a fresh start, but I see so many people set very unrealistic goals, especially when it comes to weight loss or trying to kick the year off being healthier.

This is exactly why we have created our 21 day Habit Stack Challenge starting on the 5th of January. This challenge is designed to help you rebuild simple daily habits that you can actually stick to, creating long term lasting results instead of another stop start cycle.

This is not about being perfect or starting over, it is all about feeling healthier, having more energy, getting back into a routine that supports you and of course seeing results from fat loss and leaning up.

TRUST IN THE PROCESS!!

Some days you’ll feel like you’re not getting far but you have to be consistent you have to keep going.

Always take pictures and you’ll notice the difference do not rely on the scales!

80/20 consistency! 🚀

These pictures are 2 months apart and I will still continue through December because I don’t wait for January and mess up all my hard work, for a months worth of binging.

I lead a healthy lifestyle that allows me to continue to have fun but that doesn’t change in December, so if you need help through December let me know there is still time 🙌

🌷 Let’s Think About Positivity This Week! 🌷

Me and little Eddie have been so poorly with hand foot and mouth. A client of mine is a doctor 30 + years and he said he’s never seen a case as bad as mine in his whole career I was unable to walk, use my hands and the pain was unbearable…

But let’s flip the NEGATIVE into a POSITIVE I was feeling super overstimulated and I 100% believe the universe has given me this to slow me and my body down (as I’m always a 1000% miles an hour) to rest, reset and sleep which is exactly what I did ✨

Yes it was super hard to relax but I embraced the situation and took it with both hands coming out the other side refreshed and ready to go again!

The female body is insane this was me 10 months ago to now! 👏

I have consistently worked on me for 5 months of those 10 months and it shows I’ll be honest my training these last two months has not been the same so it’s all been mostly down to my nutrition helping me feel my best again I am super close to my pre baby measurements but it’s all about feeling good in myself and having energy thats what matters the most to me!! ✨

Always remember 80% Nutrition & 20% exercise 🫶
