It is a privilege to help you with your health and wellbeing.

I am reaching out to let you know that from 12th January, there will be a £5 increase on the price of every treatment.
This small adjustment allows me to keep providing the high-quality professional care that you expect during our sessions.

What this means for you:
• Existing Bookings: Any appointments already scheduled before today for dates after the 12th will be honored at the current price.
• New Bookings: Any new bookings made for the 12th January onwards will reflect the new rate.

I qualified in Swedish Massage Therapy at York College 10 years ago, but my love for massage started long before that.

For me, the best part of this work is seeing clients leave feeling better in every sense: more relaxed, less stressed, better balanced, more stretched, and a little lighter on their feet.

I was born in Sweden and have moved around quite a bit, settling in York in 2002. Growing up in Sweden gave me a love for the outdoors — wild swimming, skiing, forest walks, and simply enjoying the changing seasons.

Having raised two boys, I understand the pressures of family life, juggling work, and the importance of carving out proper me-time. Massage is one of the best ways to recharge, reset, and take care of yourself — and I’m passionate about helping others do just that.

✨ Favourite flower: Gerbera (our wedding flowers)

I’m continuing to work WEDNESDAYS. (10am till late) always message me if you can’t see it online. And I will introducing another day in the spring. Comment below which day you would prefer!! What a year it’s been. 😍 Baby Riff come along in the summer and it’s changed everything!
