✨ Looking After Emotional Wellbeing ✨
This afternoon I swapped stethoscopes and yoga mats for paintbrushes and a very enthusiastic blob of green watercolour at a lovely workshop in Boroughbridge. And you know what? Not bad for a complete beginner — I even ended up with a little bird who looks genuinely pleased to exist.
Creativity is a brilliant way to decompress, reconnect with yourself and give your emotional wellbeing a gentle boost. No pressure, no perfection… just play, colour and a very satisfying splosh of painty water.
Highly recommend giving something new a go — your mind will thank you (and you might surprise yourself too!). 🎨💚
