At Envy Beauty Salon, we’re committed to giving every guest the time and attention they deserve — and that means reserving your appointment just for you. To keep things running smoothly, here’s our policy:

💳 Pre-Payment Required
We take full pre-payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

⏰ Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change! Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. We’ll happily move you to a new time that works.

🛑 Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment entirely, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice.

📌 Late Notice
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, will result in the pre-payment being forfeited.

So excited to announce that our Salon Manager is returning to work on Thursday 11th September 2025 🙌 Jess will be working Wednesday’s 9.30am-7pm, Thursday’s 9.30am-3pm and alternate Saturday’s. She cannot wait to welcome old and new clients 🥰 and with this announcement, Granny Jo will now be taking Wednesday’s off to look after gorgeous baby Noah 👶
