Happy New Year!

I hope you've all had a lovely Christmas. Santa brought me laryngitis, so I must have been on the naughty list 😂 it was a very quiet Christmas Day with no voice for me! In fact most of December was spent poorly, so a little request from me - if you feel unwell with anything throughout Jan, please rearrange your appointments, I cannot be anymore ill, please & thank you 🙏

Have you made any resolutions? I haven't, but I am thinking of what I'm bringing into 2026 & kindness is top of my list, you just never know what other people are dealing with & I think the world could do with as many people as possible sprinkling kindness around.

I hope this year brings you lots of happy moments, good health & time spent with the people who fill up your cup, much love to you all 🧡

Ending this week with gratitude, an open heart & the intention to notice the little glimmers in everyday 🥰

I've had a gorgeous mix of treatments again this week, lots of Full Body Massages as we head into the busy season & you're all requesting maximum relaxation!

Every year I do a charity collection through December & this year I am continuing to support Banardos Children's Charity.

My inhalation sticks will be available to purchase, with £1 from each sale going towards the collection. I will also donate £1 from each of my treatments through December, and as I don't send Christmas cards, I will be topping up with a little extra too.
