It is back!

There has been some consternation amongst my regular patients at the loss of the infra red heat lamp. I did try replacing it with a more sophisticated model that can be used for muscle and joint health, plus skin care. But, it didn’t give off the lovely warmth.

So it’s back! Long live this new heat lamp.

Micro needling ….does it hurt?

It’s the most asked question regarding the cosmetic acupuncture facial treatments I offer.

Earlier today my new patient described it as 2/10 discomfort.

The forehead is by far the most sensitive. We can use numbing cream which really helps. Oddly, I quite like it. But I’m weird.

I’m think it’s worth it, skin looks and feels amazing afterwards. I wouldn’t offer it if a) I didn’t use it myself and b) it didn’t give clear, tangible results. 🧡
