December 3rd started like an ordinary day until I got a text, Inspector is here, she will wait till you get here 🫣. They returned on 17th and said I hope to have the report to you by friday otherwise it will be the new year! At 5pm i was working and thought oh well, that's going to be a long wait.
At 7pm I checked my emails and there it was, hands shaking I clicked read report!

Knowing people think highly of our service, residents feel safe and well cared for and families reassured their loved ones are looked after and safe is the best Christmas present I could ask for. I am so very incredibly proud of our fabulous little home, yes, I actually cried a bit 🤣
