August 2nd, 9th 16th
Thursday 11.30-12.30
August 15th,22nd,29th.

You will develop an understanding of
•how your body moves, what movements may be difficult and what to do instead
• a sequence of yoga poses you can practice yourself
•key breathing practices used in yoga and how they work for you
• how the well-supported, comfortable positions used in restorative yoga promote really deep relaxation.....and what it feels like!
