We also offer mini sessions in the workplace and events at various times in the year in York city centre or other locations around York and Yorkshire. I offer online or in person Mentoring, one - to - one sessions and some groups, especially Self Care to Keep Well, Short Kinesiology Intro Class, Children's Wellbeing, Egyptian Alkhemi Healing. In person only: Touch for Health Levels One to Four, The History and Maing of Flower Essences, The Treatment of Children for professionals, Children's Wellbeing at Home (for parents and carers), Hopi Ear candles training (Thermoauricular Therapy), Moxibustion, Cupping, Magnetic Therapy and Acupressure. I am writing a book for parents and carers about home remedies, and it includes information from a dear friend Jenny Hutchinson who has sadly passed away before it could be published, but she has a fascinating story to tell and I promised her I would tell it. And.... this is the booking form for Touch for Health Level One coming up on April 11th and 18th - these two come together, and you need to attend both. This is an official Touch for Health course, where you get an IKC certificate upon completion and you are eligible to join the Kinesiology Federation as a student member.

Here are all the classes coming up in until April.

There will be another Level One in September, a Level 2 in October, a Level 3 in November and a Level 4 in January 2027.
And if you want to go on from there....there is Proficiency and even the TFH Instructor Training! We need more of us.

More coming soon: Introduction session for learning the simple Self Balancing techniques in March, then Level One in April and again in September. Level Two in October. Let me know if you are curious, because there is only a limited amount of space in our tiny Healing Corner. There are options for larger room nearby though.
