There is so much more to say about the coming year of the Fire Horse, and the cycles we are going through every year, every 12 years, every 60 years.....

Just a bit more here: Just a little extra info about Horse and why and how we are moving into Fire now, from the 2025 - 26 Wood Snake.:
From Master Zhongxian Wu's book The 12 Chinese Animals

"The horse has great endurance and power, yet is very gentle. Horse is a symbol for leadership, power, fashion, success and pashion." There is much more to say about this but we have until February 17th to prepare. We will talk abou this some more!

The Five Elements in Chinese / Oriental symbolism means that we move through each animal 5 times in every 60 year cycle. So, the last time we were in a Horse Year was 12 years ago - 2014 (which was a Wood year), and before that it was 2002 (a Water year) The last time we had a Fire Horse was 1966.... and those were quite tumultuous times. So, it may be a very fast year - even more than this year, which a lot of people felt it was.....
Fire tends to be a fast moving energy, based in the Summer - and Joy is the emotion.....So be ready!
Earth - is more slow moving (Late Summer) and is involved with empathy and sympathy
Metal - related to Autumn, where things slow down / stop flowing and we tend to go inwards, The emotion is mostly grief and regret
Water - breaks down baarriers, flows around things, and is to do with Winter, where we have oftern frozen water, but it still flows underneath the ice. The emotion is fear.
Wood - is about new shoots, Spring and fuels the Fire. The emotion is anger.

At Planet Food:The Real Junk Food Project York today. I just love my work here. Helping relieve stress and tension with just a 10 minute mini seated massage (plus sometimes some healing, magnets, self balancing advice).

8 people this morning before the shop opened! Feels good to be able to help a little.
So nice to get feedback and hear that people are using the techniques I have taught them!
See you all again next week!
