The lovely Christmas cards by are back! There are not many left now, so if you want to give some old-fashioned, hand-signed 🎄 greetings....do let me know! You can pop in to on , York for some lovely Christmas gifts on Wednesday afternoons during the Drop - In, or arrange a special time to come and browse by yourself.
We have books and pictures by local authors and artists as well as tinctures, crystal gemstones, the wonderful calendar from The Oily Witch or vouchers for treatments, workshops or just for a gift 🎁 for someone to choose themselves.

With The Blue Butterfly at Planet Food:The Real Junk Food Project York today for a lovely day of mini massages and healing with 💞✨
We had over 20 people wanting the mini treatments but could not fit them all in!
I'll be back there again next week, hopefully with another helper. Ceri will be coming again at some point too. We had such a lovely bunch of visitors, from all over the world. Many refugees from traumatic situations. They really appreciate the treatments. All free / donation - based. Warms your heart to see how much a little thing like this can make a difference to someone's wellbeing. ❤️‍🩹💖
