York Safe Haven We offer out-of-hours mental health support to anyone aged 16 and over in the York area.

03/04/2026

The Haven will be closed for face-to-face support on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th April due to staffing levels.

Please be advised that we will still be available for virtual support during these two days. If you need support, please call our usual contact number.

If you feel you are in an immediate or severe crisis, please contact your local Crisis Team or attend A&E.

Due to the nature of the service, unforeseen circumstances regarding service delivery may cause disruption to operating hours, therefore we will not be providing weekly schedule updates.

Updates will only be posted where there is a service interruption or specific change, such as one-in-one-out arrangements.

If no update is posted, please advise the Haven will be operating normal face to face opening hours.
