Have you ever wondered what the delicious smell is in the spray bottles that teachers use in the studio when giving assists or whilst you are in shivasana? I first came across Florida Water when I was in Peruvian Amazon and it was used by the shamans. Whenever I smell it, I am transported back to that special place in an instant 🌿✨

Here's a little bit of info for you...
Florida Water is a bright, traditional cologne with notes of citrus, soft florals, and gentle herbs. Its scent feels cooling and uplifting, like sunlight after rain, making it a favorite for spiritual and energetic cleansing.

In energy work, Florida Water is used to clear the aura and refresh personal energy. A few drops rubbed between the hands and swept over the body help release emotional residue and restore balance. It is often applied to the wrists, neck, temples, or heart space, where energy tends to collect.

You can purchase a bottle from us at Yogabomb, ask your instructor and they can organise this for you

We are giving the studio a little loving refresh this week. So as not to cancel all of our classes we are cutting our class sizes in half and decorating one half at a time.

So please be aware that there will be decorators working in the other half of the studio (behind a partition) and we are using water based paint so it is not overpowering.

The heating will be on, although not as high as normal, and the normal showers will not be available - we will have showering available in an alternative space

We are doing a little bit of decorating at the studio and the front entrance hallway and bathroom are closed for the next couple of days.

Whilst the work goes ahead, entrance to the studio will be by the front door of the hotel directly above Yogabomb. Then walk straight through the hotel, out the back door, down the stairs on your left and then enter the studio through the back!

Shoes, coats and belongings can be left in the men’s changing area, our regular toilet and showers will not be available, although there is a toilet and shower at the back of the hotel which is available for you to use.

I will be putting up signs to help send you in the right direction, hopefully it will only be for 3 days max, although we all know these things can take more time
