These are the thermal images taken of the ankle fracture at first treatment. On the left the white area shows lots of heat & inflammation. 🔥🔥The right image is after the Cryo. No more white heat. And a 10° drop in temperature 🌡️🌡️

THIS IS WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT....
I recently fractured my ankle in two places. The injury was painful and there was extensive bruising and swelling to my lower leg. 8 days into my recovery I was struggling with the pain and large amount of inflammation and swelling. So much so that I felt the healing of my injury and recovery would be impeded. So i contacted Rachel at Yorkshire Cryo Care. The treatment was pain free. My ankle was so hot and inflamed the treatment was quite soothing. Sessions are quick & easy. The relief was immediate. It took the heat and some of the acute swelling out of my ankle and I had the best nights sleep since my accident. The following day I had much less pain, I was able mobilise more easily. It just felt like the treatment had enabled the healing process to begin. I’ve had 2 sessions now and am feeling so much better, more confident to mobilise. I would not hesitate to recommend Rachel and Yorkshire Cryo Care to anyone who has sustained a bone or muscular injury, swelling or inflammation.
I can only imagine the relief it gives to our injured equine and canine friends. Well priced and effective treatment to relieve pain, start and speed recovery.

The original plan was to treat the hind foot, as the patient had lost a shoe taking quite a bit of hoof away. He has bad feet, struggles badly barefoot & over rough ground. This was an hour after losing the shoe. Look at the difference in temperature. He wasn't lame even after a few days shoeless

I use a handheld device with liquid CO2 at -78°C, and 52 psi pressure. This reduces the skin surface to 4°C with 30 secs.
Basically this causes the blood vessels to constrict, flushing away excess fluid & waste.
Immediately after treatment the vessels dilate, bringing back highly oxygenated blood with high nutrient density. This reduces inflammation & boosts healing.
The extreme cold has an analgesic effect on the nerves reducing pain.
