This weekend Enrique , Ben, Lena and myself welcomed the new lot of students starting their journey to becoming Spinologists 😁 It was an intense introduction weekend but they all handled it well. What a great group of humans that are going to do amazing things in their communities 🥰 well done all 👏🏻

I haven’t seen this man for a few years so it was good to catch up recently with talking all things Spinology 😁 Chris is going to part of the new students on the Spinology course this weekend. I’m super excited to be on this journey with Chris and all the new students 🥰

I wonder how many eagle eyed Hollyoaks and The Crown viewers recognised Chris 🤔

This was such a pleasure tonight, I haven’t seen young Evan in a couple of years when he was literally half the size so seeing this very cool young man in front of me it was a such a surprise! Great being able to check you again Evan 👏🏻

Well this was fun today, beautiful 5 year old Miri came in with dad Aled today for her first check with me 🥰 She did absolutely amazing! I’m looking forward to looking after her spinal maintenance as she grows up 😁 Well done Miri 👏🏻

Honestly there are some appointments that just give me the proper giggles 😂. One of the reasons I love adjusting couples is that they grass each other up to me 😂😂 and made my night tonight! “I’m not sure what happened with my back…” “Well you did this this this and this” 😂😂😂 I’m really glad that Sophie and Evan at least both know the importance of making sure their system function efficiently without interference so they can do all the things that is going to get them grassed up 😂😂
