We’ve been a little quiet on here lately… it's all for good reason, life has definitely been a little full.

The past few months have been a whirlwind, moving house and moving the business at the same time. Lots of changes behind the scenes and visible as well, with plenty of boxes, late nights, bruises and fresh starts, and 2026 market event bookings.

In the middle of all that, there’s also been something really special to celebrate, I (Kelly) has completed the Module 1 Bowen Therapy with the College of Bowen Studies 🙏

Thank you for being part of IndiGlowGY's journey , whether you’ve supported us from the beginning or you’re just discovering us.

There’s so much more to come 💜💛 Feeling grateful and excited for what’s ahead.

A heartfelt update 💚

After 35 beautiful years of hands-on therapies in Guernsey, I am making some changes to my practice. My neck and shoulders have been gently( and sometimes not so gently!) reminding me that it’s time to work lighter and smarter.

So, I’m stepping away from Bowen Therapy , it’s a bittersweet decision , especially knowing how many of you have trusted me with your care over the years. Thank you for that trust. It’s meant everything.

I am not going anywhere! I am still here, still treating, just differently.

✨Lymphatic Drainage with the light beam Generator ( Oxygen fed and Infra- red therapy included ) detox heaven!
✨Laser therapy for arthritic hands 🙌 & feet, also fat reduction on the stomach, legs, arms + more!
✨MSTR scar tissue release to help heal visable scars
✨and last but definitely not least, my new favourite therapy, Breathwork!

I qualified as a Breathwork facilitator in Tuscany, May 2025. This has been transformational for me personally, & I am excited to share this gentle yet powerful practice with you. It’s incredible for releasing emotional pain, processing trauma, and shifting stuck energy from the body.

I prefer to work privately with clients 1-1, which allows for a deeper, more personal experience in beautiful, safe surroundings. You’ll leave with your own music playlist and a new tool for life.

This is quite the chapter of change, and honestly, it feels a bit strange but I know it’s the right path. I am however not leaving you abandoned as I am mentoring the wonderful Kelly Harvey through her Bowen Therapy training. She will be ready to support my Bowen clients in about 10 months time. So keep an eye on my Instagram and FB pages - I will keep you updated.

It’s the little things…

Today we received a message from a customer, and it wasn't quite what we expected 💛

When a customer sends a photo of a gift they bought from us, now wrapped and waiting under their tree, ready to be given and opened when the Christmas magic finds its moment.

Such a simple message, yet it means the world.

Moments like this are a gracious gentle reminder why we love what we do — a tiny glimpse of joy shared.

✨ A Little Stock Update ✨

We’re down to our last few bars of The Rose One, and The Lavender One.

That’s an amazing number of our all natural, ingredient-rich bars that have made it into many, many homes, we feel privileged and humble at the thought of this.

If these are your favourites, your go-to scents, now is a lovely time to treat yourself to one of the remaining bars.

Don't worry - fresh batches will be being made this side of Christmas, as we have just received our order of over 55kg of soap making ingredients 💪 Then, as always, we’ll need to give them the proper time to cure so they’re at their best before reaching you. 💐💜
