Struggling to feel your rear delts?
You’re not alone most people miss them because of bad setup and form.

Common mistakes to fix 👇🏽
❌ Seat too low adjust it to match your height
❌ Elbows dropping down like chicken wings
❌ Chest not fully supported on the pad

What to do instead ✅
✔️ Set the seat properly
✔️ Keep elbows slightly up and out
✔️ Chest glued to the pad
✔️ Control every rep no rushing, no swinging

📌 NB: Rear delts respond best to slow, controlled movement.
