12 years of staying consistent, even when life got hard.

Living far away from home for over a decade taught me more than I could ever imagine. I’ve learned that real change doesn’t come overnight it comes from showing up, even on the hard days.

Here’s what helped me stay dedicated and transform my body & mindset 👇

1️⃣ Look yourself in the mirror and ask: Am I truly happy with how I look and feel?
2️⃣ Taking care of your body is your responsibility don’t blame anyone for your bad habits.
3️⃣ Having a clear plan makes it easier to stay consistent.
4️⃣ Stay away from people who don’t support your goals.
5️⃣ Surround yourself with those who push you to do better every day.
6️⃣ Focus on consistency, not perfection. There’ll be days you don’t feel like showing up that’s okay. Just don’t quit.
7️⃣ Be patient and enjoy the process.
8️⃣ Don’t stop until you make yourself proud.

This journey taught me discipline, patience, and self-respect.
If I can stay consistent for 12 years through every struggle, move, and setback you can too 💪
