The main reason you’re not feeling chest flys in your chest is your setup.

Here’s how to fix it:

1️⃣ Adjust the seat so the handles are level with your chest.
2️⃣ Retract your shoulders back and keep your chest up.
3️⃣ Keep your arms in line with your shoulders — don’t let them drop.
4️⃣ Control the movement and squeeze your chest at the front.

If your setup is wrong, your shoulders take over.
