Ever since I got into my 30s, this is why I stretch a lot:
• My body doesn’t recover the same way it used to stretching helps reduce tightness and soreness.
• Mobility keeps my joints healthy, especially knees, hips, and shoulders.
• It allows me to lift heavier with better form and avoid injuries.
• Stretching improves posture and reduces everyday pain.
• It keeps me consistent when your body feels good, you train better and stay on track.
• Longevity matters now I want to stay strong in my 40s, 50s, and beyond.
Stretching isn’t optional anymore… it’s part of my lifestyle.
