The main reason most people don’t burn enough calories on the treadmill 👇🏾

1️⃣ Holding the treadmill
When you hold the rails, you reduce how much your body works.
Let your arms move naturally — you’ll burn more calories and improve posture.

2️⃣ Being on your phone
One hand on your phone, the other on the treadmill = low effort.
Cardio needs focus, not scrolling.

Here’s how to do it properly 👇🏾
✔️ Don’t hold the rails — move naturally
✔️ Set the incline to 4–6
✔️ Choose a speed you’re comfortable with
✔️ Increase speed or incline over time

Bonus option:
Outdoor walking is a great way to burn more calories even on rest days.

Train with intention.
Results come from effort + consistency.

• Keep your shoulders back and chest up
• Move the bar slow and controlled
• Don’t lock your elbows
• Focus on feeling the muscle work

Back Squat Proper Form 🏋🏾‍♂️
Most people keep making these mistakes ⬇️

❌ Taking too many steps after unracking
➡️ Unrack strong, take 1–2 steps max, and set your stance.

❌ Not locking the bar into the upper back
➡️ Pull the bar tight into your traps and squeeze your upper back.

❌ Loose upper body
➡️ Shoulders back, chest up, hands locked on the bar.

❌ Poor lower-body engagement
➡️ Push your glutes back and drive your knees out.

❌ No proper bracing
➡️ Deep breath, brace your core, and stay tight through the lift.

⚠️ Master your form before adding more weight.
