St. John Ghana – Central Region organized a refresher first aid training for about 200 medical staff at Ankaful Psychiatric Hospital, including doctors, nurses, PAs, and midwives. Led by experienced facilitators and supported by key regional managers, the session focused on essential emergency skills such as CPR, choking management, bleeding control, and the use of AEDs.

Participants engaged in hands-on practical exercises, boosting their confidence and readiness to respond to emergencies. The training highlighted the importance of continuous professional development and strengthened collaboration in improving patient safety and quality healthcare delivery.
