HIV remains a major public health concern, with over 39 million people living with the virus globally. In Ghana, an estimated 354,000 people are currently living with HIV, and new infections continue to occur mainly due to low testing rates and limited awareness about prevention.
Regular testing, early diagnosis, and proper education remain key strategies in reducing the spread. Understanding how HIV is transmitted — and the importance of prevention — helps individuals make informed decisions about their health.
