Think of it as an opportunity to eat a variety of nutrient-rich foods that you enjoy. Here's a quick guide to good nutrition while breastfeeding:

💧 Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate: Breast milk is mostly water, so make sure you're drinking plenty of fluids. Keep a water bottle with you and sip throughout the day.

🥗 Eat a Rainbow: Fill your plate with a variety of fruits and veggies to get all the vitamins and minerals you need.

💪 Prioritize Protein: Lean meats, fish, eggs, beans, and lentils are great for energy and tissue repair.

🥑 Don't Forget Healthy Fats: Foods like avocados, nuts, seeds, and salmon are great for your baby's brain development.

🍞 Choose Whole Grains: Opt for brown rice, oats, and whole-wheat bread for sustained energy to keep up with your little one.
