The change in appearance in Mature skin is due to the altered production of hormones, estrogen, progesterone n androgens.
Skin becomes dry--sebaceous n sudoriferous glands are less active. Meaning, your oil n sweat glands are not optimally working. You are losing elasticity, muscle tone is reduced. Blood circulation is poor. Get a massage to regenerate circulation.
